Owners / Investors of Le Bayburi villas will have the opportunity to derive income from the villa, while you are not using it. The villas, at the owners request will be placed for management with a local resort, who will arrange and manage all areas of the rental. The rentals will typically be of a short term nature, and provide flexibility to owners who may not wish to use the villa during certain periods. The management of the villas will include: cleaning, security, management, and collection of rental income.

Owners can be assured of strong long term returns as there are no directly competing Villas in the area, and generally the boutique nature of the areas results in a general shortage of accommodation. Boutique resorts on the area tend to have 80%+ occupancy during peak seasons, and high occupancy on weekends and long weekends during the low season.
