Overview
The Le Bayburi vacation Club allows individual to buy a long term membership to properties owned and or managed by Le Bayburi. The club provides members from around the world up to 3-4 weeks annual vacation time at a fraction of the cost of staying in a hotel, with the advantage that they can stay at any of the popular tourist locations where Le Bayburi has properties. This is extremely attractive to members who take regular vacation on an annual basis, and enjoy a residence type atmosphere instead of the more formal short term resort or hotel environment. Le Bayburi properties are all residences are come complete with apartment and villa facilities suitable for both short and long term guests. As the number of properties expands, members will have access to all existing and new properties, both in Thailand and overseas.

The Membership Package
There are three levels of membership available in the club, that provide varying levels of benefits, number of vacation days and cost. The table below explains the three level of membership:

Members use their annual points to stay at any of the Le Bayburi properties. The number of points required varies depending on the property and season, but typically a 1-2 bedroom residence in any of the popular resort locations would be between 4-5 points per night. On average this means that members can recover the joining fee cost in 7 years, after which they have essentially free vacations for the remaining 13 years of their membership.
For those people that enjoy holidays, this is the single most cost effective way to experience luxury resorts at several locations, for the cost of a joining fee and small annual member fees.
